A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to secure your spot. Deposits are non-transferrable. The remaining balance must be paid in full 45 days prior to the start of the retreat. In the event you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as possible.

To receive a partial refund, cancellation requests must be received thirty (30) or more days prior to the start of the retreat

Cancellation requests received less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the retreat will not receive a refund. However, the remaining balance can be applied to a future retreat within two years—minus the non-refundable deposit.

No refund will be given if a participant leaves early or arrives late.

Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses.
