How do I Learn?
Step 1:
Free Introduction to Vedic Meditation Talk
Start with a free introductory talk available over Zoom or in person. Learn about Vedic Meditation and how it is different from other forms of meditation. Learn about stress; how it is stored, and how we can use the body’s natural ability to throw off stress. Learn what science has to say about meditation and the benefits Vedic Meditation can bring to your life.
Free Intro Talks are held regularly in San Luis Obispo or on-line via Zoom.
Step 2:
Take the Meditation Course
During the Meditation Course you will get personalized step-by-step instruction how to meditate. The course consists of four in-person 60 - 90 minute sessions held over four consecutive days. In the first session you receive your personal mantra and have your first experience of the deeply restful state achieved by Vedic Meditation. You will learn how meditation lets stress be released effortlessly. In the following sessions, we will practice, refine the technique, ask questions and learn more about the practice. By the end of the course you will be a confident self-sufficient meditator.
You will have the knowledge and experience to meditate easily at home. You will not be tied to any subscription, app or guided meditation. Meditation will be there as a tool for you to use throughout your life, anytime and anyplace.
Private courses are available for those who wish to learn in the convenience of their own home or as a small group.
