The Meditation Course

How to Get Started

Step 1:

Attend a Free Introductory Talk

Join me for a casual conversation covering everything you need to know about how to begin a meditation practice, what the benefits of meditation are, what makes Vedic Meditation different than other forms of meditation, and how the mind can go effortlessly beyond thought into deep stillness and rest.

This is your first step in learning to meditate!

Check for Upcoming Intro Talks in the San Luis Obispo area, or sign up for a private Zoom Intro Talk.

 Step 2:

Take the Meditation Course

We meet to meditate and learn over 4 1-hour sessions on 4 consecutive days. On Day-1 you receive a personal mantra and begin to experience the deep rest and rejuvenation provided by Vedic Meditation. Each session leads to a cascade of deep relaxation – releasing stress and allowing the nervous system to purify while you enjoy the experience of moving beyond thought, supreme inner contentedness, and Bliss.

We practice together, refine our technique, get questions answered and learn more about the practice.

Anyone can learn this technique. No ability to focus is required. We sit comfortably. You don’t need to be able to clear your mind in advance - just let the mantra do it all for you!

By the end of the course you will feel confident, rejuvenated and secure in your practice. And you will have the knowledge and experience to meditate easily at home. Meditation will be there as a tool for you to use throughout your life, anytime, anyplace.

Private and Small group courses are available in San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach and Morro Bay. I also travel to the Bay Area and Seattle on a regular basis. Check for upcoming courses Here or contact me to arrange a course that fits your schedule.
